Introduction
The Newcastle & North Staffs Play council is a registered charity and
therefore a non-profit making organisation, delivering high quality
childcare by using skilled and experienced people with the relevant
qualifications.
Detailed below is information and requirements for the supply of
crèches.
- Administration, management costs and insurance
- Employment and clearance of staff, associated documents to meet the
recently introduced OFSTED requirements, payroll services, sickness
and holiday cover, initial meeting visits (if relevant), crèche
administration, requested documents, crèche polices and procedures.
- Provision of insurance cover - to include employee's liability
and public liability.
- Equipment Hire
- The equipment provided will depend on the age and developmental
stage of the children, how many will be attending and the space
available.
The developmental needs of the child will be met by providing toys
that address the physical, social, emotional, creative and cultural
requirements of those attending. We can provide toys appropriate for
children with Special Educational needs.
All our toys conform to BS standards and are constantly checked for
damage. They are also disinfected after each crèche.
- Consumables
- In order to provide customers with a quality service, with high
standards of hygiene, we provide the following: hygiene and safety
equipment, gloves, aprons, tissues, baby wipes, changing mats, nappy
bags, emergency nappies, disinfectant spray or wipes, socket covers
and safety gates.
A variety of art and craft equipment is also available.
- Refreshments
- Having fun is hard work and young children quickly become thirsty and
hungry. We can provide juice, milk, fruit and biscuits for your
crèche. Likewise we can keep the workers refreshed with tea & coffee.
- Mileage
- In order to keep our staff flexible and mobile a mileage allowance
of 35p per mile will be made.
