Creche - Supply and Facilities

crèche supply information

Introduction
One of the key roles of our organisation is to provide crèche provision for any organisations or groups who request one. Our crèches are run to the highest standards using the newly introduced OFSTED guidelines. All venues will be OFSTED registered and Inspected. All staff will be qualified and all have year round training to continually update their skills.

A crèche is often the first time a child is left by their parent, therefore by ensuring the highest standards of care are met, the child can feel more confident about leaving their parents or carers in the future. Children attending the crèche will be nurtured, protected and made to feel happy and safe. They will be offered a range of exciting activities whilst also being encouraged to play and develop at their own pace.

We will always ensure that:

  • all children will be treated equally regardless of age, gender, race and religion
  • the crèche environment is warm, safe and simulating
  • staff are qualified and have relevant childcare experience
  • provide opportunities for developmental play which will enhance the child's all round progression
  • provide toys appropriate for the age and stage of each individual child's development
  • promote positive behaviour
